Your CV should be 1 page in the start of your Transient Chef career and after you build Niche experience can be 2 pages. Your CV should be Clean, Neat and Concise, just like the dishes you serve

10 day menu

Your ten day menu gives the guests an idea of the style of dishes and foods you prepare. You should have a full Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner menu included along with Hors d'Oeuvrs and Canapes. Most Agencies and Captains ask for a 3-7 day menu but I have found it beneficial to just have the ten day written out nicely for any inquiries. Your menu can and will help you land jobs!

FOOD PICTURES

Your food pics are a very important part of your CV package. People eat with their eyes and here is where, along with the menu you can get peoples mouths watering. If you can make the Agent or Captain salivate while reading your menu and looking at your pics then you could very well get the job!
